The purpose of this Request for Qualifications ("RFSQ") is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interest in, and qualifications for, the Project. Based on these Responses, Halifax Regional Municipality ("HRM”) intends to select, in accordance with the terms of this RFSQ, a shortlist to be invited to participate in a request for proposals ("RFP"). This RFSQ is not a tender or an offer or a request for proposals, and there is no intention by HRM to make an offer by issuing this RFSQ. |
