This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by Halifax Regional Municipality (“HRM”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of design, provide noted equipment and services, installation of all equipment (owner supplied and contractor supplied), train staff, assist in start-up and coordinate it with ice making, and decommissioning and demolition of existing system
